Edward Hopper was once quoted saying, "If I could say it in words, there would be no reason to paint."

As the art tutor, I hope to cultivate not only a love of art, but also help my students find their inner creator just as our Heavenly Father is a creator. My students should always walk out of class with a strong sense of satisfaction, along with learning and cultivating new art-related skills.

My education includes a marketing degree from Chippewa Valley Technical College and a B.S. in Art Education from the University of Wisconsin - Stout with a concentration in ceramics.
 

Home life remains busy with homeschooling, four kids and their sports activities, church, and our lovable goldendoodle, Frankenstein. I currently attend Glory Church in Lakeland and lead the Evangelism team. My hobbies include sewing, cooking, gardening, or any other creative outlet that presents itself. I've also just begun a semester of Vietnamese for fun. I expect this to be a fun school year with our students and thank all of our parents for allowing me to work with their kids.
